"Get the LCI #713 Underway Fund"
Thank you for your consideration! We have so many funding needs. The 713 needs your help to get a new bottom and to continue our restoration work. Any and all Contributions are much appreciated. All of our board members and administrators are volunteers. This means that 100% of your contribution's go directly to supporting our mission of restoring the 713.
All donors will be credited with membership status according to the following:
Plank $1000 (Good for life)
Mustang $100 (One year only - Life membership status for Veterans of WWII, Korea and Viet Nam)
Yard Bird $20 (One year only)
AFMM Lifejacket Memorial Program
The AFMM announces our "Lifejacket Memorial Program". In exchange for a $250 donation, we will permanently mount a lifejacket with an inscribed plaque. The lifejackets are authentic navy issue and were donated to the AFMM by the USS Salem. The lifejackets will be mounted with steel brackets to the ceiling in the crew mess area, troop 2 museum area, or the crew quarters area on the LCI-713. Other ceiling spaces may be available upon special request and will be served on a first come, first serve basis. The lifejacket will be memorialized with a 1 7/8" by 8" gold aluminum plate attached to an oak strip which is then attached to the lifejacket bracket. You may specify up to 3 lines and 30 characters per line of text for your inscription on the plate.
In order to participate in the Lifejacket Memorial Program, simply make a contribution of $250 or more either online or by mail and we will contact you for the details.
